What Wrenbeck does

Wrenbeck is a Massachusetts real estate brokerage offering flat-fee entry-only MLS listings to for-sale-by-owner sellers. A seller pays a flat fee to have their property listed on MLS PIN, and buyers deal with the seller directly.

How we handle inquiries. We publish one customer service phone number on our listings and on this site. Buyers, renters, and the agents working with them contact us about published listings by phone, text message, and email. We reply promptly with the seller’s name and phone number and a link to the listing, so they can arrange showings and questions with the seller directly.

Messages to our sellers. Sellers who list with Wrenbeck provide a mobile number in their listing agreement and agree there to receive calls and text messages from us about that listing — summaries of inquiries received, showing requests, showing confirmations and reminders, and listing status and expiration reminders. Agreeing to receive text messages is never a condition of listing with Wrenbeck, and a seller can stop them at any time by replying STOP.

Drop Pin. Some buyers who contact us about a listing would rather have an agent representing them than deal with a seller directly. Drop Pin is our buyer introduction service: tell us where you are looking and we will introduce you to a licensed agent who works in that area. There is no charge to the buyer.
